Terms and conditions
These terms cover this website, not the sale. Gogelatinesculpt is a USA authorized retailer: we publish what the label states, hold stock and link to the seller’s own order page, where every order is formed. Nothing here is medical advice, and where a page and the bottle disagree the label wins.

Our role
Who is who
Five jobs, and this website does two of them
Most disputes in this category come from a reader assuming the site they are reading is the company that made the bottle. Here is the division in full.
| The job | Who does it | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Publishing these pages and the label transcription | Gogelatinesculpt | This website |
| Holding stock as an authorized retailer | Gogelatinesculpt | United States |
| Answering orders, tracking, changes and refunds | The order desk | +1 (925) 231-0148 |
| Taking payment and forming the order | The seller’s order page | Off this website |
| Manufacturing the product | Not Gogelatinesculpt | Gogelatinesculpt does not make it |
| The label’s Distributed By block | GEX Corp, Lakeland FL 33804 | +1 (507) 448-8190 |
Gogelatinesculpt is a USA Authorized Gelatine Sculpt Retailer. We hold stock, publish what the label and the supplier pack state, and answer the phone. We do not make the product, we did not write the label, and we are not the manufacturer.
The number on the label is not this desk
The label's own Distributed By block reads: GEX Corp, Lakeland FL, 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190. That is not this retailer and it is not the desk that handles orders placed here. For anything to do with an order you placed on this site - tracking, a change, a refund - the number to call is +1 (925) 231-0148. We print the label's block because it is on the label, and we print this note because a reader who calls the wrong one loses a day.
The practical consequence of that table is worth stating before it is needed. Questions about what is in the bottle are answered on this site from the label. Questions about a parcel, a charge or a refund are answered by the order desk. Questions about how the product was made belong to the company in the Distributed By block, and this desk cannot answer them on its behalf.
The sale
Where the contract is made
On the seller’s page, in US dollars, after you leave here
These terms cover your use of this website, not the sale. Following an order link takes you to the seller’s own page, where the pack, the total and the accepted cards are confirmed before you pay. That page carries its own terms and its own privacy policy, and those govern the purchase.
What is published, and what actually binds
One bottle is $69, three is $177 and six is $294, in US dollars, as published at the time of writing. Prices, availability and the accepted payment methods are set by the seller and can change without this page being the first to know. The figure that binds is the one on the order screen before you pay.
A purchase policy, claimed by telephone
60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. It is a purchase policy, not a medical promise. It is claimed by calling the order desk on +1 (925) 231-0148 with the order ID. The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Nothing on this site presents it as a statement about what the product does.
Where it ships from and what is charged
Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in the order email. Free US shipping on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs; the single bottle is charged shipping at checkout.
Whose paperwork your order ends up on
The window above belongs to orders placed through the link on this site. An order placed on another marketplace or through another seller sits on that party’s system under that party’s terms, and this desk cannot look it up, amend it or refund it. We make no claim about any other seller.
The rule
The label wins
The one editorial rule that overrides everything else here
This site is built on a transcription. Where the Supplement Facts panel and any other document disagree — the seller’s marketing, a listing elsewhere, or a sentence on this website — the label is treated as correct and the disagreement is written down rather than smoothed over.
That rule has visible consequences. The panel’s four misspellings are reproduced as printed. The species name that the seller’s graphic spells one way and the label spells another is shown both ways. The five marketing claim lines are set against the two that are actually on the bottle. None of that is editorialising; it is what treating a label as the senior document looks like in practice.
Nothing here is medical advice. No page on this site diagnoses, treats, prescribes or recommends a dose. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. and the label restricts the product to healthy adults 18 and over, telling anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician first.
Using this site
Reasonable use
What you may do with these pages, and what we ask you not to
- Read, print, quote and link to any page here. Quotation with attribution is welcome and no permission is needed.
- Do not republish a page whole as though it were your own, and do not strip the source citations from a quoted passage.
- Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the site for other readers. There is a machine-readable summary published for that purpose.
- The government sources quoted here belong to their publishers, are quoted for the purpose of comment, and are linked in full at the foot of every page that uses them.
- Product names, the label artwork and the brand marks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the product being described.
This website earns a commission on orders placed through its links, at no extra cost to you. That is stated on every page that carries a link and set out in full on the disclaimer.
Availability. These pages are published as they are. No uptime is promised, a page may be withdrawn or rewritten when the document behind it changes, and the date at the head of each page is the date it was last reviewed. A page that has been rewritten says so by carrying a newer date rather than by keeping a changelog nobody reads.
Liability
Liability and law
What this site stands behind, and what it cannot
The pages here are published in good faith and are checked against the label and the seven sources listed on the pages that cite them. They are information, not a warranty. A supplement is not a drug, individual results vary, and no page here promises an outcome — no published trial on the finished Gelatine Sculpt formula has reached this desk.
Where a figure is not published, this site prints not published and lists the gap rather than estimating. Where arithmetic is done on a published number, the result is described as a maximum and never as an amount. If you believe something here is wrong, write to [email protected] with the page and the line; a correction with a document behind it is read first.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York and its courts have jurisdiction over a dispute about them. Both published addresses are in New York: the office at 180 Maiden Lane, Floor 6, New York, NY 10038, USA and returns at 232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA. The terms carry the date at the top of this page, currently September 24, 2026, and a change applies from the day it is published.
