Privacy policy
This website holds very little about you. There are no accounts, no card details and no order records on this domain, because checkout happens on the seller’s own page. What remains is a server log, any email you send the website desk, and web fonts loaded from a third-party font service.

What is held
The short version
This website holds very little, and most of it is automatic
There are no accounts here, no checkout and no order records. What remains is a server log, any email you send, and one third-party font request.
| What | Where it sits | What it actually is |
|---|---|---|
| Pages you request | This website’s server log | IP address, time, page, referrer and browser string, written automatically by the web server and kept for security and traffic counting. |
| Anything you email the website desk | [email protected], the website desk | Your message and your address, kept while the matter is open and while a correction it prompted stands. |
| Your name, address and order | The seller’s order system, not this website | Collected on the seller’s own order page after you leave here. The order desk on +1 (925) 231-0148 can see it. This website cannot. |
| Card details | The payment processor on the order page | Never entered on gogelatinesculpt.com, never transmitted through it and never stored by it. |
| A font request | Google Fonts | Loading the typefaces on these pages makes a request to a third-party font service, which receives your IP address as any server does. |
The third row is the one people are usually surprised by, so it is worth stating plainly. %s publishes information about %s and links to the seller’s own order page. The order is formed there, on that system, by that company. This website never sees your name, your address, your order ID or your card.
That is not a privacy feature anybody designed. It is a consequence of what this site is: a USA authorized retailer that publishes the label, holds stock and answers the phone. There is no shopping basket here to fill, no account to open and no order history to breach. The corollary is the one worth remembering when something goes wrong with a parcel — the desk that can help is the order desk, and its number is +1 (925) 231-0148.
The log
The server log
What a web server writes down whether anybody asks it to or not
Every web server keeps an access log, and this one is no exception. A line is written for each file requested: the IP address that asked, the time, the page, the referring page if the browser sent one, and the browser’s own identification string. It exists so that abuse can be traced and so that traffic can be counted.
What it is not is a profile. Nothing in that log is joined to a name, because no name is collected. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to an advertising network. There is no tracking pixel on these pages and no advertising cookie.
Local storage, and what it is used for
Some pages remember a small thing you chose — an open section, a dismissed note — using your browser’s own storage. That data never leaves your device and is never sent to this server. Clear your site data and it is gone, and every page still works.
Third parties
Who else is involved
Three, and only one of them is contacted by your browser here
Google Fonts, contacted by your browser
These pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes that request directly, and the font service receives your IP address in the ordinary way any server does when it is asked for a file.
The order page, after you leave this site
When you follow an order link you leave gogelatinesculpt.com and arrive on the seller’s own page, under its own privacy terms. Everything you enter there belongs to that relationship rather than to this one, and nothing about it comes back here.
The company serving these files
These pages are served by a hosting provider, which operates the server that writes the access log described above. It is the only party besides the website desk that can see that log at all.
There is no analytics suite on this site, no advertising network, no social media pixel and no data broker. If that changes, this page changes with it and carries the date of the change.
One marker does travel with you. An order link identifies this site as the referrer, which is how the commission described on the disclaimer is attributed. It tells the seller which site sent you. It does not tell this site who you are, and no information comes back the other way — which is also why the website desk cannot look up an order even when it would very much like to.
Your rights
What you can ask for
And which of the two desks can actually do it
- A copy of what is held. For the website desk that means your email correspondence. Ask and it is sent.
- Deletion. Anything the website desk holds can be deleted on request. Server log lines rotate out on the host’s own schedule.
- Correction. If something on a page about you or about the product is wrong, say so and it is corrected and dated.
- Objection. There is no marketing list on this domain to leave, and no profile to object to, but say so anyway and it is recorded.
- Order records. Copies, deletion and correction of an order go to the order desk, because this website cannot see one.
This website is not directed at children and nothing on it is intended for anyone under 18. The product it describes is restricted by its own label to healthy adults 18 and over.
Security
Keeping and protecting
How long anything lasts, and what protects it while it is here
Retention. Server log lines rotate out on the host’s own schedule and are not archived by this desk. Email sent to the website address is kept while the matter is open, and afterwards while any correction it prompted still stands on a page, so that the reason for a change can be shown if it is questioned. Then it is deleted. Nothing is kept on the grounds that it might be useful later.
Security. These pages are served over an encrypted connection. The site is a set of static files with no database behind it, no login form, no comment box and no upload field, which removes most of the ways a website of this kind ordinarily leaks. That is a consequence of how it is built rather than a claim about how carefully it is run, and it is stated here as the former.
Breach. If something held by the website desk were exposed, the people affected would be the people who had written in, and they would be told directly at the address they used. There is no customer list here to notify, because there is no customer list here.
Where things sit. This site is published in the United States. Its host and the font service operate internationally, so a request may be answered from a server outside your own country in the ordinary way the web works. No data is transferred anywhere for marketing, and none is sold.
Which desk
Two desks, two jobs
The distinction that decides where a privacy request goes
The website desk is [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It answers questions about these pages, typos, privacy and press. It has no order screen, no tracking view and no ability to issue a credit.
The order desk is +1 (925) 231-0148. Opening hours are not published. It answers orders, tracking, changes and refunds. It is the only one of the two that can see an order, and therefore the only one that can act on a request about one.
The office address is 180 Maiden Lane, Floor 6, New York, NY 10038, USA and returns go to 232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA. This policy carries the date at the top of the page, currently September 24, 2026. A change applies from the day it is published rather than backwards.
