Gelatine Sculpt refund: the 60-day guarantee, step by step
Gelatine Sculpt comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from purchase.
To claim it, call the order desk on +1 (925) 231-0148 with your full name, order email and order ID. The buyer pays return shipping, and refunds take 3 to 5 business days, then 5 to 10 days to post to your card.

The term
60 days from purchase, written out in full
60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. It is a purchase policy, not a medical promise.
That sentence is the whole published term, and this site neither lengthens it nor adds conditions to it. If the sales page you order from prints a longer window, the longer one is the one that applies: the seller can extend its own promise and this desk is not in a position to contradict it.
What the term does not define is which event starts the clock. The card being charged, the parcel being handed over and the parcel arriving are three different days, and nothing published says which one counts. This site assumes the earliest, the day you paid. It is the shortest reading and the only one that cannot leave a buyer short by a week, and it is an assumption rather than a quoted term.

What it is not
Two things the window does not mean
A refund policy is a commercial term and nothing else
It is not a statement that the product works. A money-back window is an offer about money. It says the seller will take the risk of you disliking the purchase; it says nothing whatever about what is in the bottle. The same label that a 60-day guarantee is advertised beside carries the FDA disclaimer in a box: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
It is not reachable through the website email. The website desk cannot see orders. There is no order screen at that address, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund. Anything involving money, a parcel or a change to an order goes to the order desk on +1 (925) 231-0148.
Those two are worth separating because they fail in opposite directions. The first is a reasoning error a reader can make on their own: a long guarantee feels like confidence, and confidence feels like evidence. It is not. The evidence question is settled on the ingredients page and on the label page, and the answer there is that 22 of the 23 substances on this label have no published amount at all.
The second is a logistics error, and it costs days. [email protected] is a mailbox for pages, typos, privacy and press. It has no order screen behind it. Every refund runs through +1 (925) 231-0148.
Claiming
The route
One number, one reference, one address
Find the order ID
It is in the order email. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. The desk works from that reference, so finding it first is what makes the call short.
Call +1 (925) 231-0148
The order desk handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Opening hours are not published, which is why this page cannot tell you the best time to ring.
Ask what to send back, and whether to send anything
Whether opened bottles are accepted, whether sealed ones have to go back and whether the bonus guides are involved are all unpublished. Ask before you pack anything.
Post it to the returns address, with tracking
232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA. The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking.
Wait out the two clocks
3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. Keep the tracking number until the money lands.
The refund page walks through the same process in more detail, including what to keep and what each stage costs you. The short version is the one above, and the only part of it that is genuinely unavoidable is the telephone call.
Supply
The window against the supply
Sixty days, and a pack measured in servings
The panel gives Serving Size 1 ml and Servings Per Container 60. The directions say to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. Nothing on the label says how many millilitres a dropper holds, so a bottle is 60 servings and whether that is 60 days or 30 is not something the label settles. That makes the comparison below a little awkward, and the awkwardness is real rather than something this page invented: the guarantee is written in days and the bottle is written in servings.
| Pack | Servings | At 1 serving a day | At 2 a day | Window | Unopened on day 60 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Bottle | 60 servings | 60 days | 30 days | 60 days | Nothing sealed on either reading |
| 3 Bottles | 180 servings | 180 days | 90 days | 60 days | At least one bottle, and two at the lower rate |
| 6 Bottles | 360 servings | 360 days | 180 days | 60 days | At least four bottles, and five at the lower rate |
One bottle is the only pack that can end with the window. At one serving a day its 60 servings land on the last day of the promise; at two servings a day it is finished a month early. Three bottles and six bottles outlast the window on either reading, which means the last stretch of the supply is outside the refund window whichever way you take it.
In money: on three bottles at $59 each, at least $59 of what you paid is still sealed on the day the promise ends. On six bottles at $49 each, at least $196 is. The larger packs are still cheaper per serving; this is the part worth knowing beforehand.
A check
Is your window claimable
Five questions, answered from your own order
Nothing here is submitted anywhere. The questions run in your browser and the answer is a paragraph telling you which call to make.
Five questions about your own order
Answer all five and a short verdict appears. Every route out of it ends at the same telephone number, because that is the only desk that can see an order placed here.
Did you order it somewhere other than gogelatinesculpt.com?
Is it more than 60 days since you paid?
Have you lost the order email and the order ID with it?
Are you counting on the money arriving by a fixed date?
Is a bonus guide part of the reason you bought?
Start with a telephone call before you do anything else
One of those two answers puts your order outside what this desk can act on without checking first. An order placed elsewhere sits on another company's system, and a date past the published window needs the desk to tell you where it stands. Call +1 (925) 231-0148 with whatever order reference you have and ask.
Claimable, with two things to sort out first
The window and the seller are right. The rest of your answers point at the parts nobody published: the exact refund date, whether a missing order ID can be recovered from the email on the order, and what happens to a bonus. All three are questions for +1 (925) 231-0148 rather than for this page.
Nothing here is in your way
The order is on this desk and the window is still open. Call +1 (925) 231-0148 with the order ID, ask what to send back and where, and read the refund page before you post anything.
This is a reading of the published terms, not a decision by the seller. The desk decides refunds; this page only tells you what to ask.
The window is 60 days on every pack
One bottle is $69, three is $177 and six is $294. The promise is the same length whichever you take, and it runs through +1 (925) 231-0148.
