Contact Gogelatinesculpt: two desks and which one you need
There are two desks. The order desk, +1 (925) 231-0148 and [email protected], handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds, and its opening hours are not published. The website desk, [email protected], handles pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, and those hours belong to that desk alone. The website desk cannot see orders, so refunds, tracking and order changes go to the telephone. Returns go to 232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA, which is not the office address at 180 Maiden Lane, Floor 6, New York, NY 10038, USA. Two questions belong to neither desk: how much of an ingredient is in a serving, which is not published for 22 of the 23 substances on this label, and whether you should take this alongside a medicine, which belongs with a clinician.

Routing
Which desk do you need
Five common reasons for getting in touch, and where each one goes
Two desks handle this site and only one of them can see an order. Picking the wrong one costs a day, which is the only reason this section exists.
Order desk, by telephone
Tracking arrives in the order email. If it has not, the order desk on +1 (925) 231-0148 is the route. The website desk has no tracking view.
Order desk, by telephone, with the order ID
Call +1 (925) 231-0148 with the order ID. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. The website email cannot start a refund. The refund page sets out the seven steps.
Order desk, as early as possible
Only the desk that holds the order can amend it, and only before it ships. No dispatch time is published, so early is the only useful instruction this page can give.
Website desk, by email
[email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Typos, broken links, privacy questions and press. If something on this site contradicts the label, that is the address to send it to and the page gets corrected.
Neither desk, and the reason matters
The amounts of 22 of the 23 substances on this label are not published, so no desk can read them out. What the order desk can answer is the dropper volume and whether a certificate exists. What a clinician answers is whether you should take it.
The division is not arbitrary and it is not a way of keeping people at arm’s length. The website desk cannot see orders. There is no order screen at that address, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund. Anything involving money, a parcel or a change to an order goes to the order desk on +1 (925) 231-0148.
It cuts the other way too. The order desk holds stock and orders; it does not write these pages and cannot correct one. If a sentence here contradicts the label on a bottle in your hand, the address that can do something about it is [email protected], and the correction is published rather than argued about.
The one thing worth doing before either call is finding the order email. It carries the order ID and the address the order was placed under, and almost every question on the left of this page gets shorter once it is in front of you.
The desks
The two desks in full
With the addresses and the hours, where hours exist
| What you need | Where it goes | The detail | Hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Orders, tracking, changes, refunds | Order desk | +1 (925) 231-0148 and [email protected] | not published |
| Pages, typos, privacy, press | Website desk | [email protected] | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET |
| Returns, once the desk has told you to send one | Returns address | 232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA | Not a walk-in address |
| The business address | Office | 180 Maiden Lane, Floor 6, New York, NY 10038, USA | Not a returns address |
| The distributor named on the label | GEX Corp | +1 (507) 448-8190 | Cannot see an order placed here |
The hours the order desk keeps are not published. The Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET window published with this stock belongs to the website desk, which cannot see an order, so this site prints the order number and leaves its opening times blank rather than borrowing somebody else’s working day.
The last row of that table is the one that surprises people. The label’s own Distributed By block reads GEX Corp, Lakeland FL 33804, with the telephone number +1 (507) 448-8190. That is a different company, in a different state, with a different number from the desk that handles orders placed here. We print it because it is on the label, and we print the note beside it because a reader who rings it about an order placed here loses a day. The where-to-buy page covers it in full.
Two addresses, two jobs
They are not interchangeable
Office. 180 Maiden Lane, Floor 6, New York, NY 10038, USA. The business address. It is not a shop, nothing is sold over a counter there, and returns do not go to it.
Returns. 232 Madison Avenue, Suite 1200, New York, NY 10016, USA. Where a parcel goes, once the order desk has told you to send one.
The order matters. Call first, ask what has to go back, then post it with tracking at your own cost. The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. The alternative, posting a parcel and then ringing to say you have, is how returns get lost.
What to have in front of you before you call
Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. All three are in the order email, which is the document this site keeps telling people to keep. Refunds then run 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
Neither desk
Two questions that belong to nobody here
And where each of them does belong
How much of an ingredient is in a serving
Chromium is the only substance on this label with an amount against its name, 0.7 mcg. The other 22 share a 200 mg blend with no individual weights. No desk can read out a figure that was never printed, and the most this site can offer is a ceiling worked out from the ordering rule, which is a maximum rather than an amount.
Whether you should take it
That belongs with a clinician. The label’s own caution reads: “Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.” Four ingredients here carry dose-dependent safety language in the sources we opened and no amount is published for any of them, which is exactly the situation where a prescriber rather than a retailer is the right person to ask.
The ingredients page and the cautions page set out what is known on both of those, and the about page lists every value this product leaves unpublished in one place.
There is a third question that sits between the two desks rather than outside them, and it comes up often enough to name: how many millilitres a dropper holds. That is not on the label, so this site records it as not published. It is not unknowable, though, and the people holding the stock may simply be able to say. If the supply is what decides which pack you buy, ask on the call.
